Data Deletion

You can have all data Qelo holds about you or your business removed at any time.

What gets deleted

• Your WhatsApp Business Account connection (IDs, phone numbers, access tokens)
• Message logs and delivery statuses
• Webhook event history relating to your account

How to request deletion

1. Contact us via qelo.co.za (contact form) and ask for deletion of your WhatsApp portal data, stating the connected business name or WhatsApp number.
2. We confirm the request and delete the data within 30 days.
3. Disconnecting Qelo from your Meta Business settings (Business Settings → Integrations → Connected apps) also revokes our access immediately.

If you arrived here with a confirmation code after removing the app on Facebook, your deletion request has been received and will be processed within 30 days.
