Data Deletion

You can have all data Qelo holds about you or your business removed at any time.

What gets deleted

• Your account and your business workspace
• Your WhatsApp Business Account connection (IDs, phone numbers, access tokens)
• Any contact list you uploaded, including the consent records attached to it
• Message logs, campaigns and delivery statuses
• Webhook event history relating to your account

How to request deletion

1. Email support@qelo.co.za, or use the contact form at qelo.co.za, asking for deletion of your WhatsApp portal data and stating the connected business name or WhatsApp number.
2. We confirm the request and delete the data within 30 days.
3. Disconnecting Qelo from your Meta Business settings (Business Settings → Integrations → Connected apps) also revokes our access immediately.
