Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Qelo WhatsApp Portal, operated by Qelo (qelo.co.za), South Africa.

The service

The portal lets authorised business customers connect their WhatsApp Business Account to Qelo, send WhatsApp template messages and manage message templates through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform.

Your responsibilities

• You may only connect WhatsApp Business Accounts you are authorised to administer.
• You must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms and Business Messaging Policy, including obtaining any required opt-in from message recipients.
• You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive messaging.

Availability and liability

The service depends on Meta’s platform and is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qelo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account at any time; we may suspend access for breach of these terms. On termination we delete stored connection data on request — see the data deletion page.
